forgets things and has to go home to get them. His boss told him
that he would lose his job if he was late for work again. My friend was very
worried. I advised him to have a routine by making a list and sticking it on
his bedroom wall .The list was to remind him to wind his alarm clock and to
make sure he has everything he needed for the next morning ; a clean shirt,
clean socks , and so on . It also reminded him to get his wallet, key and

routine had been a big success, except for one thing. It was Friday. So all the
