Dentists
recommend brushing our teeth twice a day, after breakfast and before going to
bed. They say that there is a special technique for brushing your teeth. First
you have to clean the outsides of your teeth. You have to hold the toothbrush
at an angle of 90 degrees against the outer surface of your teeth and gently
move it up and down against each tooth. Then you have to do the same thing on
the insides of your teeth. You have also to brush the chewing surface of the
back teeth. The more you look after your teeth, the stronger they are. So it is
very essential to keep your teeth clean.

for the tongue, it is a very important organ in the body so, you have to brush it gently to
remove bacteria from your mouse and keep your breath fresh. Concerning the best
type of toothbrush, you ought to buy a soft toothbrush with a small head so
that you can get into difficult spaces inside your mouth. You have to buy a new
toothbrush every three or four months.
