"How to treat someone who has
influenza"
Sleep,
of course, is the most important form of rest. During sleep, there is a pause
in most physical activities and so, the organs can restore vital energy and
defeat disease. They cannot do this while the person is awake. During an attack
of flu, the patient should sleep as much as possible but he must have real
sleep. If he takes sleeping drugs/ they will not cure the flu and if he cannot
sleep, it is better for him to rest than to take sleeping pills. If possible/
the patient should go to bed at the first signs of fever and stay there until
all the symptoms are over. If he cannot do this, he

do his best to get as much rest as possible. It's Important to protect the body
against cold and for this reason, the patient should wear warm night clothes
